Research on Erecting Strategy of Double Motor Synchronous Drive Electric Cylinder Based on Fuzzy Active Disturbance Rejection

Aiming at the poor anti-interference of traditional process identifier(PID) control algorithm, a control strategy of double motor synchronous drive electric cylinder erection based on fuzzy active disturbance rejection control(ADRC) is proposed. By designing a fuzzy ADRC, the system disturbance is observed and compensated in real time; the dual motor synchronous control is realized by cross coupling control strategy; the joint simulation is completed based on Matlab / Simulink and Adams platform. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional PID control strategy, the dual motor synchronous control algorithm based on fuzzy ADRC has better dynamic and static response performance, and stronger robustness and synchronization to load disturbance.
